THE SIX AXES OF BALANCE

Recognising the pattern is only the beginning. The Six Axes explore the relationships between the twelve archetypes and what can happen when a child's available range becomes narrow.

BALANCE, NOT SUPPRESSION

When a strength becomes rigid, the answer is not necessarily to reduce it. We ask what else needs to become available. The child is not pushed away from who they are. Their range is widened.

BALANCE DOES NOT MEAN THE MIDDLE

A child does not need equal amounts of everything. Balance means having enough flexibility to access another way of being when the moment requires it. The aim is not sameness. It is greater freedom.
